Questions about “New Paid Sick Leave Law”?
Please join the NEW YORK STATE BUSINESS COUNCIL, INC. and the WAYNE COUNTY BUSINESS COUNCIL, INC in a virtual information presentation on January 29th from 10 to 11 AM. Frank Kerbein, Director for the Center of Human Resources of the NYSBC, will present information about the “New Paid Sick Leave Law” and will follow with a question and answer period. The new “Paid Sick Leave Law” applies to all private sector employers and requires those employers to provide either paid or unpaid job protected leave for certain reasons.
